Chilli Creative normally provides a FREE 1 hours consultation to provide a presentation on its services and identify the needs and requirements of your organisation.

How long do projects take?

Due to the nature of individual projects this varies however a 12 page website normally takes between 4 - 6 weeks to complete.

Does Chilli Creative us templates?

No. All our work is designed from scratch. We do use templates as inspiration and certain customers have a design in mind that we are able to use and improve upon.

How do I set up email to work in Outlook?

1. Open Outlook 2. Click 'Tools' 3. Click 'Email Accounts' 4. Select 'Add new email account' Click Next 5. Select 'POP3' Click Next 6. Put in 'Your Name' 'Email Address' Incoming and Outgoing Server is mail.yourdomain.com ie: mail.chillicreative.net is ours your will match your website. Type in your username and password exactly. 7. Click on 'More Settings' Click 'Outgoing Server' Tab and select 'My server requires authentication and Use same settings as the incoming mail server' Click 'OK' and then 'Next' 8. Click Finish
